Corianna and Brianna Dotson were born on 4 August ^[1] They were raised in Apple Valley, Minnesota and are of African American and Puerto Rican descent. After graduating high school, the sisters moved to New York City with just $1,^[2]

In , at the age of 19, the sisters founded their sunglasses company, Coco & Breezy.^[3] Based in the United States,^[4] the brand gained recognition for its unique designs, which have been worn by high-profile celebrities such as Prince, Kelly Osbourne, Lady Gaga, Nicki Minaj^[5] and Serena Williams.^[6] In April , Adidas announced that they would be enlisting the design help of the sisters in their "Originals White Space Project."^[7]^[8]
